About Me

Dr. Lokappa earned her Ph.D. in Biophysics and Biochemistry from the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), a designated "Centre of Excellence" by the Global Molecular and Cell Biology Network, UNESCO. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Regulatory Management from the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles. She serves as a Process Development Scientist at a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). Dr. Lokappa is a highly motivated scientist with extensive research experience in various complex diseases. Her areas of expertise include molecular cloning, protein biochemistry, and the design, development, and optimization of downstream processes for diverse classes of biologics. She brings her considerable knowledge to our team, ensuring a steadfast commitment to quality. Outside her professional responsibilities, she enjoys exploring new culinary recipes and engaging in home décor experimentation.
